Rhodomyrtone from a medicinal plant species, Rhodomyrtus tomentosa, is a challenged effective agent against Gram-positive bacteria, especially methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). The present study was undertaken to provide insight into MRSA extracellular protein expression following rhodomyrtone treatment.
