A REGIMENTED PROGRAM OF RESISTANCE TRAINING CAN PROVIDE A MULTITUDE OF BENEFITS FOR THE PREGNANT WOMAN. HOWEVER, A WOMAN UNDERGOES SIGNIFICANT PHYSIOLOGICAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES THROUGHOUT THE TERM, AND THESE ISSUES NEED TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT WHEN DESIGNING A ROUTINE.
