In the course of training, organic combination of nutrition and training methods is an effective mean of control- ling athletes' weight and is significant for improving their physical power. The paper suggests that monitoring the body fat with some nutrition methods of evaluating the body fat, reasonably making the meals and supplying the sports nutri- tion, controlling the body fat by establishing a standard of well weight in training, adjusting the athletic loads.
