Research on Personalized Service System in E-supermarket


To meet the personalized needs of customers in e-commerce, a personalized service system based on e-supermarket (PSSES) was proposed. The structure of system and key technologies of realizing user interest module, personality filtering module were introduced in the paper. After the test use of the service system by some community users, we found that the system could transform recessive demand to obvious demand for users. Thus, we thought it might be a practical solution to make more visitors become customers, improve the loyalty degree of customers, and strengthen cross sales ability of Websites
