To achieve stable and accurate temperature control in PCR gene amplify instrument, A complex PID control algorithm, including Bang-Bang control and Fuzzy-PID control algorithm, was proposed in this paper to improve the control dynamical and stable ability. The hardware of PCR gene amplify instrument and PID controller and fuzzy logic reasoning are introduced in this paper.
