With the rapid development of UAV technology, remote measurement and control technology is vital to UAV, especially to the civil field. This paper builds an onboard embedded computing platform, establishes a measurement and control link based on mobile communication networks, puts forward an UAV position compensation method based on network time delay prediction, and finally realizes the remote measurement and control of the UAV.
