Purpose of review This review discusses current diagnostic techniques for müllerian anomalies, reproductive outcome data, and management options in reproductive-age women. Recent findings Multiple retrospective studies have investigated reproductive outcomes with müllerian anomalies, but few current prospective studies exist.
