Some important nonlocal representations of the group Gx consisting of C°°-mappings of a Riemannian manifold X to a compact semisimple Lie group G are constructed. The irreducibility, as well as non-equivalence of the introduced representations corresponding to different Riemannian metrics are proved. The ring of representations is calculated. Irreducibility and Reducibility for the Energy Representation of the Group of Mappings of a Riemannian Manifold into a Compact Semisimple Lie Group
• Mathematics

Abstract The irreducibility of the energy representation of the group of smooth mappings from a Riemannian manifold of dimension d ⩾ 3 into a compact semisimple Lie group is proven. TheExpand

ANALYSIS AND GEOMETRY ON MARKED CONFIGURATION SPACES

We carry out analysis and geometry on a marked configuration space M over a Riemannian manifold X with marks from a space M. We suppose that M is a homogeneous space M of a Lie group G. As aExpand
On irreducibility of the energy representation of the gauge group and the white noise distribution theory
We consider the energy representation for the gauge group. The gauge group is the set of C∞-mappings from a compact Riemannian manifold to a semi-simple compact Lie group. In this paper, we obtainExpand
