Initiation of replication of the broad-host-range plasmid RSF1010, is accurately controlled by the plasmid-encoded proteins, RepB (MobA), RepB', RepA and RepC [Haring et al., Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 82 (1985) 6090-6094; Scherzinger et al., Nucleic Acids Res. 19 (1991) 1203-1211].
