Buffalo follicular fluid was used in the IVM medium in place of serum and hormone additives for stimulating nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation of buffalo oocytes in vitro. Follicular fluid (buFF) was aspirated from visible surface follicles from buffalo ovaries.
