BACKGROUND There is conflicting evidence regarding extracorporeal shock wave treatment for chronic tennis elbow. HYPOTHESIS Treatment with repetitive low-energy extracorporeal shock wave treatment is superior to repetitive placebo extra-corporeal shock wave treatment.
