PURPOSE To assess the repeatability and validity of lens densitometry derived from the Pentacam Scheimpflug imaging system. SETTING Eye Clinic, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. METHODS This prospective cross-sectional study evaluated 1 eye of subjects with or without cataract.
