Repair of complete atrioventricular septal defect with tetralogy of Fallot.

Abstract

Repair of complete atrioventricular canal with tetralogy of Fallot was performed in 9 patients. Ventricular septal defect was closed through the right atrium using a single polytetrafluoroethylene patch with ample anterior extension to avoid subaortic obstruction.
