  • This research aims to synthesise the modified Chitosan-Pandan by performing impregnated approach at which the extracted polyphenols of pandan oil was served as stabiliser. The extractions of pandan leaves were carried out using maceration process whereby ethanol (95 vol%) was used as solvent. The characterisations of the modified Chitosan-Pandan were examined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
