The aim of this article is to compare the superficial venous drainage system versus dual venous drainage system of radial forearm free flaps (RFFF) and its impact on flap survival. A total of 136 consecutive patients undergoing RFFF reconstruction for oral and maxillofacial surgical defects were reviewed retrospectively.
