Although the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) is commonly used to assess the severity of muscle spasticity for ankle plantarflexors, its reliability has only been established for elbow muscles. Interrater reliability, intrarater reliability and temporal (between-days) reliability were examined in this study.
