Herein, we propose a novel data splitting algorithm for high throughput relay transmissions using multiple antennas. We also study a two-path relaying protocol using multiple antennas for rural/macro-cell scenarios where a cellular setup is deployed. The performance improvements are demonstrated via simulations.
