Relaxant effects of sulfonylureas on induced contractions of rat uterine smooth muscle: role of intracellular calcium.

Abstract

We have investigated the action of tolbutamide and glibenclamide in a Ca-dependent process: the contractile activity of smooth muscle (uterus).
