Digital scans of the hands and feet were obtained from 62 heterosexual females and 60 heterosexual males. Scans only of the hands were obtained from 29 homosexual females and 35 homosexual males. The lengths of the individual fingers and toes were estimated from those images by two experienced judges, and length ratios were constructed for all possible pairs of fingers (or toes) on each hand (or foot). Thumbs were not measured, but the great toe was measured and used to construct length ratios…
Sex and race differences in the relative lengths of metacarpals and metatarsals in human skeletons.
Relationships of Toe-Length Ratios to Finger-Length Ratios, Foot Preference, and Wearing of TOE Rings
The majority of toe-length ratios exhibited significant sex differences, which was similar to finger- length ratios, but of weaker effect size, and among women, feminized finger-length ratio corresponded to masculinized toe- lengths, however, these associations were directionally opposite.
Digit ratio, 2D:4D (Index finger: Ring finger) in the right and left hand of males and females in Malaysia
The digit ratio is the ratio of the lengths of different digits or fingers measured from the midpoint of bottom crease where the finger joins the hand to the tip of the finger. An Anthropometric
Relative Finger Lengths, Sex Differences, and Psychological Traits
A new measure of relative finger length was investigated and shown to be superior to the traditional 2D:4D for discriminating between the sexes, and had the advantage of permitting a more analytic approach.
Length of index and ring fingers differentially influence sexual attractiveness of men’s and women’s hands
Results have broad implications for sexual selection studies also in nonhuman taxa because the genetic mechanisms that link digit development to sex hormones may be mediated by Hox genes which are conserved in vertebrates.
Study of Aggressive Behavior of an Individual from Ratio of Index and Ring Fingers' Length
Physical aggression is more in male but verbal aggression, anger and hostility are more in female and ratio of index finger and ring finger (2D:4D) is higher in female.
Sex Determination using Finger Length, Fingers Ratio, and Foot Dimensions in Fayoum Governorate
The results prove that the mean length of male fingers is more than that of female and the 2f/3f, 2F/4f,2f/5f of the male and female right hand is highly significant less than0 .001 also 3f/4F.

Differences in Finger Length Ratios Between Self-Identified “Butch” and “Femme” Lesbians
It is concluded that increased early androgen exposure plays a role in only some cases of female homosexuality, and that the sexual orientation of “femme” lesbians is unlikely to have been influenced by early androgens.
Comparison of Auditory Evoked Potentials in Heterosexual, Homosexual, and Bisexual Males and Females
The auditory evoked potentials elicited by click stimuli were measured in heterosexual, homosexual, and bisexual males and females having normal hearing sensitivity and one parsimonious interpretation of these findings is that homosexual Males and females both were exposed to higher than normal levels of androgens at some point(s) in development.
Finger-length ratios and sexual orientation
The androgen-sensitive pattern of finger lengths is examined, and there is evidence that homosexual women are exposed to more prenatal androgen than heterosexual women are, and men with more than one older brother, who are more likely than first-born males to be homosexual in adulthood, are exposure to more pregnancies than eldest sons.
Sexual orientation and performance on sexually dimorphic motor tasks
Heterosexual men outperformed heterosexual women, whereas gay men threw less accurately and lesbians tended to throw more accurately than their heterosexual counterparts, suggests that both sexual orientation and motor/cognitive predispositions may have early biological contributions.
The Relation Between Sexual Orientation and Penile Size
On all five measures of penile length and circumference, homosexual men reported larger penises thandid heterosexual men, and Explanations for these differences are discussed.
