Aloe Vera, a medicinal plant widely used in food supplements, beverages, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, was used as an effective natural remedy for its healing properties and positive influence in different inflammatory skin disorders. In particular, regenerative properties of Aloe Vera juice are investigated on human keratinocyte cells that are used as an in vitro skin model system.
