  • Abstract We report the preparation of biocompatible, dual stimuli-sensitive lipoic acid-modified poly( l -lysine) (PLL- g -Lipo) hydrogels/nanogels by chemical cross-link and polypeptide/silica hybrid hydrogels/nanogels by simply depositing silica in the gel matrix.
