Conditioning regimens contribute significantly to outcomes following allogeneic stem cell transplantation (allo-SCT). Reduced-intensity conditioning (RIC) regimens provide lower toxicity at the cost of reduced efficacy compared with myeloablative conditioning (MAC) regimens.
