Reduced dielectric screening and enhanced energy transfer in single- and few-layer MoS2.

Abstract

We report highly efficient nonradiative energy transfer from cadmium selenide (CdSe) quantum dots to monolayer and few-layer molybdenum disulfide (MoS2).
