We investigate incidence structures with diagram of rank n + 1. For n = 2, examples can be constructed from biplanes, semibiplanes, and strongly regular graphs with λ =0, μ=0. For n > 2 there are some examples related to the construction of a strongly regular graph on 1782 points by Suzuki.
