In this study, the oil content and some physico-chemical properties of crude oil obtained by solvent extraction from seeds of three grape cultivars were investigated. Two wine grape cultivars (Merlot and Pinot Noir) and one table grape cultivar (Chasselas Doré) were used for seeds recovery.
