A reconfigurable metamaterial analog electromagnettically induced transparency like (EIT-like) effect is theoretically and numerically demonstrated in this paper. The unit cell is composed of a stimulated circular loop element and an unstimulated arc slot element, which are both constructed by semiconductor.
