Due to the high computational complexity of discrete cosine transform (DCT) computation, prediction of zero quantized DCT (ZQDCT) coefficients has been extensively studied to reduce the computational complexity of DCT computation. In this letter, we propose a reconfigurable architecture to support ZQDCT computation.
