A primary goal of gesture recognition research is to create a system which can identify specific human gestures and use them to convey information for the device control. Gesture Recognition is interpreting human gestures via mathematical algorithms. Indian classical Dance uses the expressive gestures called Mudra as a supporting visual mode of communication with the audience.
