PURPOSE To qualitatively and quantitatively compare the diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted (DW) magnetic resonance (MR) imaging based on standard single-shot echo-planar imaging and readout-segmented echo-planar imaging in patients with breast cancer at 3.0 T.
