To reinvestigate the effect of hCG on circulating and urinary dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS), a hCG stimulation test (5000 IU administered i.m. at 8.30 h on 3 consecutive days) was performed in 6 healthy males (aged 24 to 35 years).
