AIMS Prostatic ductal adenocarcinomas account for 1% of prostate cancers. Most commonly, these lesions grow in large cribriform and/or papillary patterns or, as recently described, in a manner resembling prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (i.e., 'PIN-like' prostatic ductal adenocarcinoma).
