Rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis associated with rifampicin therapy for pulmonary tuberculosis.

Abstract

Two months after commencing continuous treatment with rifampicin, isoniazid, streptomycin and pyrazinamide for pulmonary tuberculosis a patient developed a nephrotic syndrome, acute nonoliguric renal failure and evidence of intravascular hemolysis.
