Rapidly progressive bronchiolitis obliterans associated with Stevens-Johnson syndrome.


A middle-aged woman developed fulminant respiratory failure during recovery from Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Mechanical ventilation was difficult because of unusually high airway pressures, and she died one month later.
