UNLABELLED Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) allows a rapid amplification of nucleic acids under isothermal conditions. It can be combined with a rhodamine-based dual chemosensor for much more efficient, field-friendly detection of Listeria monocytogenes.
