In attempts to develop simple and rapid assays for detection of multidrug resistance (MDR) doxorubicin-resistant S180 (S180DOX), colchicine-resistant CHO (CHOCOL) and cytarabine (cytosine-arabinoside)-resistant L1210 cell lines (L1210AraC) were investigated.
