Rapid communication: a restriction fragment length polymorphism in the porcine leptin receptor (LEPR) gene.

Abstract

Polymorphism. A Hinf I PCR-RFLP was identified in the porcine leptin receptor ( LEPR) gene. Source and Description of Primers. Human cDNA (GenBank accession no. U43168) sequence was used to design primers to amplify porcine genomic DNA. Primer Sequences. Forward primer: 5¢GCATCCCATATCTGAACCC3¢; reverse primer: 5¢-CCACTTAAACCATAGCGAATC3¢.
