We conducted a randomized, double-blind, parallel groups, placebo-controlled acute study of Rynatan (8 mg chlorpheniramine tannate, 25 mg pyrilamine tannate, 25 mg phenylephrine tannate) in 104 volunteers with allergic rhinitis. Subjects reported to City Park on a Saturday morning during the height of the grass pollen season in late spring and remained in the park for eight hours that day and on the following day. TLDR
This systematic review and meta-analyses confirmed the findings of a previous study published in “Rhinitis and Asthma: Causes and Prevention, 2nd Ed.” (2015) as well as new findings of “Mechanisms of Respiratory Disease and Allergology,” which confirmed the role of EMTs in the development of these diseases.

Swallowing Disorders in Muscular Diseases: Functional Assessment and Indications of Cricopharyngeal Myotomy

TLDR
It is concluded that pharyngeal function is the major prognostic factor for swallowing difficulties and cricopharyngeAL myotomy is an effective treatment in those cases where cricopharynx dysfunction is a predominant problem or where pharynx peristaltis is partly impaired, since the procedure removes one obstacle.
