BACKGROUND Grains are high in FODMAPs (Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, Monosaccharides And Polyols) and often considered as triggers of IBS symptoms. AIM To evaluate if rye bread low in FODMAPs would be better tolerated than regular rye bread in subjects with IBS.
