The objective of this study was to document the pattern of bowel gas decompression and mediastinal shift in infants with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) before delayed surgical correction. The setting was the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Royal Alexandra Hospital, Edmonton.
