STUDY DESIGN A prospective study on 24 patients with spinal osteoid osteoma treated with radiofrequency ablation (RFA). OBJECTIVE To determine if and when computed tomography (CT)-guided RFA is a safe and effective treatment for spinal osteoid osteomas.
