2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), reducing power, ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP), hydroxyl radical scavenging assay, superoxide radical scavenging (SOD), hydrogen peroxide radical scavenging assay, nitric oxide scavenging assay (NO) and total antioxidant capacity assay. The results showed that the ethanolic extract of Mollugo nudicaulis has a significant antioxidant activity. The amount of flavonoids, tannin, phenol, carotene and lycopene were also determined.
