Abstract Ethyl bis(2,2-dimethyl-i-aziridinyl) phosphinate (AB-163), a new tris(aziridinyl) phosphine oxide (TEPA) analogue, was tested in a murine P389 lymphocytic leukemia combination radiotherapy chemotherapy model. In this system, the combination was synergistic with results rivaling the best previously reported radiation drug combination results in this model.
