Abstract Exposure to electrosmog generated by electric, electronic, and wireless technology is accelerating to the point that a portion of the population is experiencing adverse reactions when they are exposed. The symptoms of electrohypersensitivity (EHS), best described as rapid aging syndrome, experienced by adults and children resemble symptoms experienced by radar operators in the 1940s to the 1960s and are well described in the literature. An increasingly common response includes clumping…

Exposure to electromagnetic fields induces pathophysiological changes and oxidative stress in the cardiovascular system

It can be concluded that exposure of human and experimental animals to EMFs have been a negative effect on the heart and blood vessels by causing a histopathological changes and disturbances in the functions of the organs of the cardiovascular system.

Electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS, microwave syndrome) - Review of mechanisms.

Human disease resulting from exposure to electromagnetic fields1)

Excessive exposure to magnetic fields from power lines and other sources of electric current increases the risk of development of some cancers and neurodegenerative diseases, and that excessive exposure to RF radiation increases risk of cancer, male infertility, and neurobehavioral abnormalities.

Autonomic Nervous System Disorder Due to Exposure RF Jamming

The results clearly indicate that jammer radiation induced high fluctuations in heart rate variability of recovery period (after15 minutes using jammer) and show that the change ofheart rate variability signal during jammer exposure is not permanent.

Evidence for a Connection Between COVID-19 and Exposure to Radiofrequency Radiation from Wireless Telecommunications Including Microwaves and Millimeter Waves

RFR is a ubiquitous environmental stressor that contributes to adverse health outcomes of COVID-19 and is invoke the Precautionary Principle and strongly recommend a moratorium on 5G wireless infrastructure at this crucial time to help mitigate the pandemic.

A study on haematological and physiological effects of electromagnetic radiation from global system of communication

The study has shown that even a limited exposure to EMR in recommended strengths can cause significant changes in haematological parameters and conduction velocity of nerve.

How to Approach the Challenge of Minimizing Non- Thermal Health Effects of Microwave Radiation from Electrical Devices

It is difficult if not impossible to currently predict the biological effects of different EMFs because pulsation patterns, frequencies and EMF polarization each have strong influences on biological effects; there are also windows of exposure producing maximum biological effects within the exposure window.

Retraction of: EUROPAEM EMF Guideline 2015 for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of EMF-related health problems and illnesses

This EMF Guideline gives an overview of the current knowledge regarding EMF-related health risks and provides concepts for the diagnosis and treatment and accessibility measures of EHS to improve and restore individual health outcomes as well as for the development of strategies for prevention.

Electrohypersensitivity: State-of-the-Art of a Functional Impairment

Preliminary data suggest various alterations are present in the electrohypersensitive person' skin, pointing to a correlation between long-term exposure from power-frequent magnetic fields or microwaves and cancer, and ought to be taken seriously and further analyzed.

Provocation study using heart rate variability shows microwave radiation from 2.4 GHz cordless phone affects autonomic nervous system

Orthostatic HRV combined with provocation testing may provide a diagnostic test for some EHS sufferers when they are exposed to electromagnetic emitting devices.

Letter to the Editor: Will We All Become Electrosensitive?

Contrary to the views of mainstream medical authorities, Figure 1 shows that the group of electrosensitive people around the world, including Sweden, is not just a small fraction that deviates from the rest of the healthy population, and points at the possibility that electrosensitivity will be more widespread in the near future.

Do people with idiopathic environmental intolerance attributed to electromagnetic fields display physiological effects when exposed to electromagnetic fields? A systematic review of provocation studies

There is no reliable evidence to suggest that people with IEI-EMF experience unusual physiological reactions as a result of exposure to EMF, which supports suggestions that EMF is not the main cause of their ill health.

Electromagnetic Field Sensitivity

A multiphase study to find an effective method to evaluate electromagnetic field (EMF) sensitivity of patients and found 16 of the EMF-sensitive patients had positive signs and symptoms scores, plus autonomic nervous system changes.

Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity: A Systematic Review of Provocation Studies

It has proved difficult to show under blind conditions that exposure to EMF can trigger these symptoms, which suggests that “electromagnetic hypersensitivity” is unrelated to the presence of EMF, although more research into this phenomenon is required.

Epidemiological Evidence for a Health Risk from Mobile Phone Base Stations

It is found that eight of the 10 studies reported increased prevalence of adverse neurobehavioral symptoms or cancer in populations living at distances < 500 meters from base stations, suggesting that current guidelines may be inadequate in protecting the health of human populations.

Study of the health of people living in the vicinity of mobile phone base stations: I. Influe nces of distance and sex *

This first study on symptoms experienced by people living in the vicinity of base stations shows that, in view of radioprotection, the of minimal distance of people from cellular phone base stations should not be < 300 m.
