Abstract : The development of precision high temperature metal oxide film resistors suitable for operation at temperatures between -65 C and 500 C in nuclear environments for 1000 hours is discussed. Work on metal oxide film resistors indicated that stable resistive films could be obtained by depositing a tin oxide-antimony oxide film on high alumina substrates.
