title={REDEFINITION OF PELOPSIS (ACARI: ORIBATIDA: MYCOBATIDAE), WITH DESCRIPTION OF PELOPSIS BALOGHI SP. N. FROM COSTA RICA},

Theoribatid mitegenus Pelopsis, found in forest litter and swamp habitats in the Americas is redefined. Current information indicates that Pelopsis is most closely related to Minunthozetes, Punctoribates and Zachvatkinibates in the mycobatid subfamily Minunthozetinae. A new species, P. baloghi, is proposed, based on material from swamp vegetation in lowland tropical rainforest of Costa Rica.
Contribution to the knowledge of Costa Rican oribatid mite fauna, with supplementary descriptions of Pergalumna silvatica and P. sura (Acari: Oribatida: Galumnidae)
TLDR
An annotated checklist of oribatid mites collected from Costa Rica in 2012 is provided and two species of the family Galumnidae, Pergalumna silvatica and P. sura, are redescribed, on the basis of Costa Rican specimens.
Overview of the genus Afroleius Mahunka, 1984 (Acari, Oribatida)
TLDR
An overview of the genus Afroleius Mahunka, including an analysis of character states on genus level and an investigation of its relationships is presented, and Habitat preferences and distribution are discussed.
Key to the species of Afroleius Mahunka, 1984 (Acari, Oribatida, Punctoribatidae), recombination of A. polygonatus (Mahunka, 1985), description of A. lucidus sp. nov. and discussion of A. undulatus (Balogh, 1959)
TLDR
Children of Kilimabates polygonatus Mahunka, 1985 are redescribed, juvenile instars are described and the species is recombined as Afroleiuspolygonatus (Mahunka) as well as the morphology ofAfroleius undulatus (Balogh, 1959) is discussed.
