Attempts have already been made by historians, psychiatrists, and journalists, to examine Quisling's political ideas, but none has produced a satisfactory analysis. Each has used his own formula, and each has failed to evaluate the problem. All have been confronted with the same inconsistencies which broke the logical pattern of Quisling's ideas.
