The quantum dot Cellular Automata (QCA) is an emerging nanotechnology that has gained significant research interest in recent years. Extremely small feature sizes, ultralow power consumption, and high clock frequency make QCA a potentially attractive solution for implementing computing architectures at the nanoscale.
