Two mouse lines were produced by bidirectional selection according to the high (HIII) or low (LIII) antibody responsiveness against Salmonella flagellar antigens (Selection III). In the present work we conducted a genomewide scan to map the quantitative trait loci (QTL) involved in the antibody response regulation in these selected mice.
