Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a connective tissue disease of unknown etiology, in which development of fibrosis, vascular insufficiency and inflammatory processes are prominent in the skin as well as in other organs. We studied the effect of photochemotherapy with quantitative echography in SSc.
