Purpose: To disclose the possible involvement of choroidal vascular change in developement of central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC).Methods: Indocyanine green (ICG) angiography was performed in 31 eyes with acute CSC, and 21 eyes from normal subjects. The maximum diameter of the choroidal veins and intensity of background fluorescence in the posterior fundus with ICG video images were measured for further analysis using IMAGEnet((R)) (Topcon).
